I am quite new here, but needed to point that iOS Reminders work perfectly for me through IFTTT. It's free ir you only have 2 applets of less.
The only thing is that it seems to work each 5 mins. I only want to register tasks via Siri, don't need to be instant.

Just wanted to report that I've found a way to do this with a full proper integration and surprisingly works well.
What you do is:
- Create an Outlook account
- Set up Akiflow <> Microsoft ToDo integration
- Connect a Live account on iOS and Exchange account on macOS (using your Outlook account from Step 1 👆)
- Set a default list in Reminders on iOS and macOS to the Exchange Tasks list
Now, when you create a task in reminders via Siri or just in general, it will show up in Akiflow and when you complete it in Akiflow, it'll get completed in Reminders, via the Microsoft ToDo bridge.
Kind of funny that something Microsoft made works, but so far this has been reliable and fast, and is a real 2-way sync :)
Jeson P
Milosz: This is promising! I shared this to our dedicated dev team so this can be verified and hopefully works and completely reliable to be shared to everyone!

Stefania Is the team planning/scoping this feature at all? It's been over a year since the last update here :)
For Mac/iOS users Reminders is probably the best capture tool available with great Siri integration and even starting with a basic inbox integration (like Things 3) would be a massive feature
Stefania
Milosz: Hi Milosz! Since then we developed our own Siri integration you should be able to create tasks on the go and manage them from the mobile app. Have you tried it?

Stefania I really just want an integration with Reminders.
Siri barely works as is, and i've not really been able to get it to work reliably with any specific app via voice commands.
Your IFTTT integration with Reminders doesn't work, btw. I think this is broken on the IFTTT end, but it just doesn't run.
Jeson P
Milosz: We hear you on this one. Stefania is one of our product team and we will surely inform you if we decide to work on this in the future!

If this functionality is available, I'm sold.

I originally thought the way Things 3 solved this problem was OK - but I looked into it again and it's definitely not a comprehensive solution.
The absolute best version of a tightly integrated app w/ the Apple Reminders app is called Grocery: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/grocery-smart-shopping-list/id1195676848
The way they handle it is fantastic and I would absolutely love it if Akiflow integrated w/ Reminders in this way. It's a perfect 2-way sync and works flawlessly.

Microsoft Todo's also has a pretty good integration it seems: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-sync-apple-reminders-with-microsoft-to-do

100% want this. Having a real integration two way would make Akiflow fit in really seamlessly.

Francesco Tisci: :) Hi.The notification has arrived today.
Now, I think it is integrated with Apple reminders.
I made an update.
But I couldn't solve the problem.
I write notes to the reminders.
But it doesn't appear in Akiflow.

Francesco Tisci: Hi, I tried it, but what we need is a real two way sync, not a one way one triggered only by new reminders.

Francesco Tisci thanks for the suggestion. However, it doesn't seem like there's any way to convert a reminder into a task that includes the date and time of the reminder. Am I missing something or it's not possible?
I'm experiencing the same issue while I'm trying to create a shortcut in iOS that converts my iOS reminders into Akiflow tasks. It kind of works, but I'm unable to create tasks with the proper date and time.
My tasks always appear straight into n my Inbox without a date or time. It seems that natural language processing isn't working when I create them using shortcuts. For example, the task name becomes: "Take the trash out at 6/22/24, 4:00 PM."
If I manually copy and paste the same thing, then natural language processing will correctly create the task "Take the trash out" at the specified date and time. However, this natural language processing doesn't seem to work when I create the task using an iOS shortcut.

IMO this would be hands-down the most useful for bringing all of my work & personal requests into a single view for planning. Would really prefer to see this prioritized.
