Flowmodoro timer (stopwatch, then divide the total time until you lost fcous by 4 or a user-selected number) would be amazing as a standalone option.

Especially also if it could be a AI time tracker or plugin to an AI time tracker
Many people forget to do everything on their time sheets and i think this would be an amazing feature
Sunsama does this really well and think a lot of the other products out there do lack this.

Robert: Thank you for providing your insight about this. We are really considering how we can implement a feature that is inlign with our methodology.

SO important

This is a very important feature, in my view (along with focus mode and potentially time tracking). It would take Akiflow to another level in terms of productivity management. A little sad to see that this suggestion started in 2021 and hasn't been implemented yet.

YES PLEASE a timer would make it perfect
Jeson P
Debbi Sherman: Our designers are checking the best possible way to properly integrate it on the tool! Any suggestions would greatly help us when we start considering this :)

Jeson P One small thing that makes a big difference on pomodoro timers I've tried: please give us the option to let the pomodoro timer CONTINUE past the expected mark. For example, if I set it to 25 minutes, you can alert me when the 25 mins are up, but I'd love the option to continue counting until I acknowledge it and enter a break.
Toggl allows this in their Chrome extension but it's not very consistent. Another good example is how the iOS app "Routinery" handles timers — It counts you down but once the time has elapsed it starts counting up until you tap continue.
It's a small nuance and it's not for everybody but the
option
to have it behave in that way would be awesome.Jeson P
Ruben: Thank you for this idea!

Jeson P In terms of integrating it, I think the best way would be to include the pomodoro timer in the focus mode. I think Sunsama's focus mode is a good benchmark to look into.
Jeson P
Sam Auler: This idea makes total sense in the focus mode for each task :)

Jeson P I think the best way is to add a timer to tasks. Then the pomodoro is also tracking time spent on particular tasks, but helping you break the task down into 25 minutes of focused time (or whatever time you desire). The actual time spent on tasks can then be integrated into the analytics/stats.

I am using this on mac https://github.com/ivoronin/TomatoBar, it works perfectly ! I think it's a good example for an implementation inside akiflow

pomodoros linked to the tasks and have statistics on it, like TickTick app! would be amazing!! i used to use that app before and i'm missing that and the habbit tracker feature on akiflow

I am using pomofocus in companion to Akiflow (Web version). Would be great to have pomodoro timer integration.
And something like www.noisli.com, so there is single productivity combo!

Yes, a task-connected focus timer would be wonderful. I I'm confident you could add this in an elegant way without over complicating the app at all. As Quinn says below, Sunsama does this very nicely and allows us to see Planned vs. Actual duration on a task. Really helps train you to learn how long things actually take!
