No time allocation for tasks inside Slots

In my opinion, the main benefit of the slot is to dump tasks that you want to do within the slot time frame but don't necessarily know in which order.
Therefore, it would be awesome to have an option to simply add tasks within a slot without allocating a specific time to them and have something that looks more like a checklist.

Plan task to time slot without adding duration

Since in this case you're not time-blocking the task directly in the calendar, there is no need for individual task duration except for statistics. IMO the whole purpose of time slots is so you don't have to plan or assign duration to every task individually.

Hi Chayut Chunsamphran Thank you for sharing this! Currently, when you add a task to a Time Slot, you are not required to specify a duration. You can simply plan it into a Time Slot using the shortcut [P] or by dragging and dropping it from the task list to the Time Slot. While a default duration for tasks will be applied once inside the Time Slot, adding a duration is not mandatory when incorporating them into the Time Slot.

Hi Alexandre Molaschi! Time allocation isn't necessary for the tasks added to your Time Slots. Unplanned tasks will just copy the Time Slot's start time by default.

Jeson P Hey thank you so much for your reply, really appreciated.
I fully understand and it is ok indeed if I keep the tasks with the default starting time of the slot.
However, it would be really great to be able to see those tasks in the slot without having to click on the slot and be able to check them off also from outside the slot. This would allow for a better overview in my opinion.
Loving Akiflow so far though, keep up the great work :)

Alexandre Molaschi: I totally agree and resonate with this. Hopefully this will be worked on in the future!
