I've used Akiflow for a couple of years and this is still by far my biggest pain point.
My current flow for automatically adding tasks is Make.com -> Google Sheets -> Zapier -> Akiflow. It works but it's incredibly finicky and brittle, but I refuse to pay $30/month for Zapier

I want to move to Notion all tasks with a particular tag and remove them from Akiflow. I want to centralize the capture of everything in Akiflow and move to different tools (if needed) some of the tasks. The API (at least an endpoint to list tasks with a particular tag) will allow me to do this.

Seems like a no-brainer. They already have an API available for Zapier to use. Why not allow users to use it as well?

This definitely needs to be bumped up the priority list. You seem to building more and more features, yet you’re not building the basics. The basics should include an API, not feature inflated front end. Otherwise a good product
