Being able to attach a quick screenshot or image would be a game-changer! A quick screenshot of a convo in our facebook group that I need to research and comment on... A screenshot of an error or issue on a website I'm working on... so many times in the course of my day I need to add an image to my task. Please consider!

Add Editing Options to Tasks
I
Ian Drummond
Hi Akiflow team,
I really appreciate the speed and simplicity of the current task editor. The ability to add multiple links is especially helpful—love that feature.
That said, the editor feels limited for capturing richer reference material. Right now, it supports only lightweight formatting (bold/italics, bullets), with no tables, inline images, or copy/paste image support. This makes it harder to keep all the necessary context inside a task.
Example: When I’m planning a flight, I want to grab a screenshot of the flight details and drop it into my task for quick reference. Right now I can’t, so I either have to manually copy/paste text or run it through AI to extract the details, which adds friction.
My request:
Keep multiple link support (super useful!)
Allow embedding or pasting images directly into tasks
Add basic table formatting or some way to display structured info
Provide more flexible text formatting options (headings, highlights, etc.)
This would make Akiflow much more powerful as a single hub for planning and execution, while still keeping the editor fast and clean.
Thanks for considering!

Akiflow serves as a centralized hub for our tasks and events. To effectively fulfill its purpose, the ability to attach and access attached files within events and tasks is paramount. It would be highly beneficial to have the capability to view and access the files already associated with events.

Ability to Attach Files or Links to Recurring Events
A
Akiflow Account
I would like the ability to attach a file or a persistent link to all instances of a recurring event.
For example, I have a recurring team meeting every Tuesday for the next six weeks related to ProjectA. The notes and resources for ProjectA are stored in a Google Doc. I would like to attach this link to the recurring meeting so that it appears in every instance, allowing me to easily access and reference it.
Google Calendar already provides this functionality, allowing users to attach files and links to recurring events so they remain accessible across all occurrences. It would be extremely helpful to have a similar feature in Akiflow, supporting both file attachments (e.g., Word documents) and URLs, ensuring that important resources and notes are always available within recurring events.

John Villarasa Hi John,
Could you explain why the feature is taking longer than expected? Is it due to software architecture challenges?
Jeson P
Richard: Hi! Jeson here from Team Akiflow 🙂 This is not currently part of our design and tool vision. This would also take so much time and we are currently maximizing this time to improve the tool's existing features.
