Customize the content, appearance and size of the menu bar display

I use an Apple M1 MacBook Pro, which has the front view camera "notch" that seriously constrains the display space. I love Akiflow's dynamic menu bar, which shows my next appointment, but it's often so wide that interferes with the menu bar notch, which creates menu bar chaos as the Mac tries to figure out how to show or not show everything.
I would love to be able to customize the menu bar widget to optimize what is displayed and be able to better control it's width with options for setting the font (would like mine even smaller than it is).
It would also be great to make sure these settings are machine specific because on my desktop Mac with the huge monitors, I would want the Akiflow menu bar to be even more expressive since I have lots of room to display even more about the task or event.
This is my completely maxed out menu bar on the MacBook Pro. If I had adjustments, i could display 3+ additional tools and still get what I need from Akiflow.

My use case is to not show timeblocks in the menu bar as an all day time block prevents next meeting/task being shown

Adding more details of this request on behalf of Jair: This feature would allow users to toggle off the time block tray icon or the iOS widget display for a specific time block.
Time Block Tray Icon Management: Users can choose to hide the duration countdown or remaining time indicator for a specific time block from the system tray. This is useful for reducing distractions or decluttering the interface during certain activities.
iOS Widget Customization: Users can selectively remove or disable the widget display for specific time blocks. This gives greater control over what is shown on their home or lock screen, ensuring the widget remains focused on only the most relevant tasks or events.
