Search for tasks in Daily Planning

Please add a search bar in the tasks columns of Daily Planning!
I use the timeboxing method and the Daily Planning feature helps me to start my day.. But what I really miss, is the option to search for existing tasks in the Inbox (and Today) column. My inbox has hundreds of tasks so scrolling to search for myself is practically undoable.
Often I know what I should do and because I can't find the existing task I quickly create a new task just to be able to add to my calendar, resulting in unnecessary duplicate tasks.

Hi Brian Gerrits the search bar is available in Akiflow. You can find it next to the command bar or use the shortcut key "/" this will help you manage your tasks more efficiently.

Thanks for the tip, Peache Torren. But this is not what I meant. The search option is indeed handy, but is can only be used in Akiflow itself, not in the Daily Planning section. As soon as I hit /, I go back to Akiflow.
What I mean is, when you are in the Daily Planning section, you have the Inbox column with all your tasks. THERE I would like to use a search to find specific tasks I want to plan for my coming day(s). The only option now is to sort the tasks or scroll in the list, which is not so usefull when you have a lot of tasks, of which much often don't have a lot of metadata.
You could also update the "Add new task" bar, so that when you start typing, it hides all tasks that don't match from from the Inbox list. When none of the tasks match, you can create a new task.
