Smart Slots: create calendar slot with Akiflow projects
complete
e.g. if I have blocked a time slot called "Work", then all tasks belonging to that project (or projects in that folder) should be auto-scheduled in that time slot, based on the time estimated for that task.

Hi everyone! Time Slots are live🚀 Check here how they work and how they'll boost your time blocking: https://product.akiflow.com/changelog/introducing-time-slots-craft-your-ideal-schedule. Let me know what you think!!

YES!!!! I was trying to figure out a solution for this earlier today. I have multiple retainer clients and would like to add a set time block for each day/week/month per client and then be able to drag tasks marked with the client's label into that predefined time block

Display correct total duration for grouped tasks

When tasks group automatically on the calendar, it lists the time for the longest task in the group. I would prefer if it added up the time for all tasks instead.
For example, with task 1 being 30m, task 2 being 15m, and task 3 being 45m, the task group lists "45m," when it should be 1h30m.

Rename grouped tasks in calendar
I think it'd be great to be able to rename grouped task. Eg. I might have multiple tasks that are grouped together in different "chunks". Being able to rename each "chunk" would help maintaining the calendar cleaner and more scannable.

Yes yes and yes! Because I am organizing my tasks and client task, it would be awesome to just have blocks that say "client work" "marketing" "business development" and "business growth", assign the applicable labels to the applicable category, and let Akiflow do it's thing for sure!

Love it!!!!
Right now, I'm doing this by activating the "overlapping tasks" feature and then start planning the tasks I want to group at the same date and time.
That creates a block called Tasks and all the tasks inside of it.
The point is there's a bug when doing this.
Those tasks are inside the time block, but if I see the total scheduled time on calendar on the sidebar, it keeps summing each task's time.
For example: I "group" 2 tasks on my calendar putting the same planned date and time. I see a time block of 30 minutes. That makes sense, and it's what I want. But, if I look at the sidebar, the total amount of time scheduled, it says 1 hour because it sums the time of each of the grouped tasks.
This becomes really annoying when I create a group of 6 tasks.
On the calendar, I see a block of 30 minutes (let's imagine each of those tasks have a 30-min duration because that's my standard duration for tasks, although I know those tasks won't take me 30 minutes each, that's why I'm grouping all of them in a block), but in the total time scheduled on calendar appears 3 hours (6 tasks by 30 min each)...
Another issue is I have no way to change the size of the block using my mouse. I have to go inside any of the tasks and change its duration.

This would make me commit. I have various time boxes, eg. "Work Blog" and it'd be great to be able to drag tasks into those boxes, eg. "Review Post X, Draft Post Y" and see how much time each of them take up and do it in those slots. Wouldn't necessarily need to be smart, I'm happy to do that myself, but to be able to have a timeslot for a specific label of task would be great
