When typing to add a task to a slot, it should first suggest existing tasks in a search field. If no match is found, allow creating a new task. This would help prevent duplicate tasks and save time currently, I often end up with duplicates because finding tasks in my inbox or folders and dragging them into the right slot is too time-consuming. When planning my day, I want to quickly and easily pull existing tasks into slots without extra steps.
