Not having this really damages flow.

Looks like this is never coming up as it is pending since 2022 and we already half past 2025.

This would be great. I use Akiflow and Todoist both, but I still feel the need to capture new tasks in Todoist so they can be caught up in my Todoist filters and views. If I could create a task in Akiflow and have it also sync into Todoist, that would fix that problem.

Yes this would be amazing - I would always use Todoist task manager over Akiflow's built in one so it syncs to my current system. But I would definitely want to use Akiflow to create tasks. Even categorise by projects - since Akiflow can detect which projects things belong to, having these under the projects section would be great.

I couldn't agree more with this. I have used Todoist for almost 9 years I think. Prior to Akiflow my whole life work and personal were built out in Todoist! To be able to not have even more applications open and just be able to work out of Akiflow to be able to edit, add, and change Todoist tasks. Would be a game changer!

I would also like to see this integration. I rely on Todoist notifications for everything in my life. They are robust and simply work.
I've tried to use Akiflow tasks, but I've missed several important notifications, because Akiflow iOS app reminder just does not work reliably. They work for events, but not for tasks in my case.
Yes, probably at some point Akiflow mobile app will be out of beta and be reliable and I understand why you don't want to let us sync tasks both ways, but for now it is a real blocker for me.

Pushing for this as well, this is one of the biggest reasons I'd be unsubscribing because there is no good two-way integration for task managers
Stefania
Marcella: Hi, thanks for your feedback!
Can I ask you why do you use Todoist? And why would you like to create Todoist tasks from Akiflow?
M
Marcella
Stefania: Absolutely! I use Akiflow for all of my tasks but the widget itself doesn't work on my phone. So, I use ToDoist to track my tasks so I can see them on my phone and share them with my partner. If I create a task with ToDoist, it shared with Akiflow and stays synced - great! But when I'm working, I have Akiflow up to track my tasks and calendar but then I need to create a task in todoist and have it sync in order to have it on both. It's another program that I wish I could remove and only keep within Akiflow but it's not working correctly on Android phones, especially not the widget.
Stefania
Marcella: Thanks for letting me know!
What's not working about the Akiflow widget? We can look into this!

Marcella
Stefania Right now the widget only shows me the events for the day but I really wanted it to be something to show my tasks and be able to tick them off my list!
I also really like the idea of being able to share my ToDoist tasks with someone that doesn't pay for Akiflow, like household tasks. Since there's no linkage with Google Tasks that's two-way, ToDoist is the only way to share (but again, I can only create tasks in ToDoist to show them in both places).
Stefania
Marcella: Thank you so much for explaining, I understand :)

Would love this too. Todoist is a great place to house longer-term complex projects, and I'd love to be able to shoot something over to at least that inbox. I'd also like there to be more accurate mirroring of changes made in Akiflow over in the other app.

If we plan the week then it is extremely helpful to create todoist tasks directly via akiflow and if you can sort the projects by color then todoist and akiflow would be a really powerful way to increase productivity.

Vote for that one. It's the main problem for me to completely trust Akiflow. I don't want to change my task management application, I'm relying on it, I have many integrations and processes bound on that one.
The only why I was interested in Akiflow is that you are allowing seamless integration with Todoist and allowing easy planning a day.
I even think of reverse engineer your code and writing my crhome extesion to catch task creation and send requests to Todoist :)
