Currently it's hard to tell when I'm looking at my calendar what's an Akiflow task and what's just some event I have, and no real way to differentiate between a finished and a non-finished akiflow task. Using emojis it's relatively easy to distinguish between the three of those.

Hi everyone, we just released a new app version where you can see your colleagues markings while using the 'Meet with' and 'Visualize team' features. 
You'll see a different marking for time slots and tasks, so you can easily spot what's an event and what's and activity in their calendar.
Let me know if there's anything else we can improve for you:)

You mark completed with a green. This is great, but looking at Google calendar, you don't easily know the task from meeting

Do you usually work on your Google Calendar? 
We'll think about how to improve it! In the meantime, you can create a new calendar with a specific color and save all your Akiflow tasks over there, so you can recognize tasks immediately!

Stefania: I prefer working on Akiflow, but on mobile I have to work with GCal. The different colored calendar can be a nice fix, at least for now, thanks!
