Iphone app keeps shutting down

Over the last few weeks the aki app keeps shutting down randomly while I use it on the Iphone (pro max 15). This usually occurs when I'm trying to create a task or event. App is pretty much unusable as it can take a few tries to key in a task. Please help.

I am experiencing this as well. I cannot use the app at all on my iPad currently. Also the sizing is a phone size rather than fitting the ipad screen. Really hoping this can be resolved.

Hi! Can you please try to make sure you have the updated version of the tool? If you could also check if you have other apps running in the background that takes so much of your phone's RAM as this may affect the usability of Akiflow.

Is there any update on the issue? The app shuts down after 1.30 to 2 mins by itself even if I don’t do anything to it. I’m probably going to uninstall soon if you can’t fix it.
