I've been experiencing issues using the mobile app. The performance is so slow that the app becomes unusable. It seems to be specifically bad when navigating the task lists. I'm using iOS 18.1.1 on an Iphone XS.

Just wanted to share that I tested the new Akiflow Beta and it fixes all the issues! Thank you so much Akiflow team! Hope this will be pushed to the App Store soon!

Julian Fusco-Wright The Akiflow support gave me access a couple of weeks ago so I can test their bug fixes and their update yesterday fixed the slow app behaviour for me for the first time, so I think it will be fixed for everyone soon.

The app on the iPhone is unusable, and the website doesn’t work—it keeps prompting me to use the app. This is impossible, and I’ve already paid money. :(

Thank you so much for sticking with this. It’s so much harder to work with Akiflow when the iOS is basically too slow to use! On the plus side: I sure appreciate the mobile app more than ever. :)

Jeson PIt’s a bit hard to pinpoint the exact issue. The app is lagging, buttons don’t seem to register taps, or they work only 1 out of 10 times — almost like the touchscreen is broken. It feels as if the screen isn’t responding to my touch at all. I swipe or tap, and nothing happens, or it jerks and then stops working again.
And this is on an iPhone 16 Pro. I’ve never seen anything like this before. 😞
I’m currently on my own, but the next time I meet someone who has a phone )))))))), I’ll record a video of what’s happening so you can take a look. Thanks for your patience!
