We would like to request a feature where we can manually reorder all-day events directly within the app

Add the ability to set a default email account for the "Email Participants" button in Akiflow

Support Groups in Google Workspace like all@domain.name or custom ones so we can be suggested to invite them and see the invitees from that group right in Akiflow. Attaching screenshot from Akiflow and from Notion Calendar for example. This is crucial for seamless workflow for department, team or all company invitations.

Introduce a small symbol or warning to differentiate calendar events with no invitees from those with invitees. Similar to the current indicator for invitees who haven't responded.

It would be nice to see the event location in the calendar without the need to click it and just displaying right away along with the event title

We would like the ability to view specific calendars (e.g., optional events or meetings) in their calendar, but prevent those events from affecting their daily time tracking, such as the donut chart in the Daily planning view.

Currently, when using the "Meet With" feature to schedule a meeting and viewing another person's calendar, full-day events do not appear. It would be helpful if full-day events from others' calendars were visible when booking meetings to ensure more accurate scheduling.

I love Akiflow and it's almost perfect however there is one missing feature that is in almost every other calendar app that I really need for Akiflow: Per Event Configurable Reminders Right now it seems reminders are global ie remind me 5 minutes before my next meeting. That's fine for many cases but in other cases I want to be reminded about something 1hr before 1 day before or 1 week before. Example I can have an event that is "Wife's birthday" I need that reminder 1-2 weeks before not 5 minutes before. Or if there is an important meeting that I want to prepare for I would like to be reminded 2 hours before the meeting not 5 minutes. It seems Google Calendar and almost all other calendar apps have this. I would love to see this added to Akiflow. Thanks!

When deleting an event through Akiflow, the option to send cancellation emails to guests is only available in the second window. It would be more intuitive if the option to send cancellation emails appeared in the first popup, similar to Google Calendar. This would improve clarity for new users and streamline the process.

This idea is coming from Outlook where in the calendar, there is a highlighted indicator for when an All Day event is scheduled
