I would like to customize my tasks color in calendar.

It would be nice if we can mark a slack message added to 'Save for later' as done when it's completed in Akiflow. Slack has the option to mark these saved messages as done.

We would like to request a feature where we can automatically apply a chosen color theme to all personal tasks.

Empowers users who plan by time horizons, like in GTD. A simple Ticker List view could sit alongside the current Projects setup. A toggle in the sidebar would give users the best of both worlds: structure by topic or structure by time. This would complement the current setup by: Keeping project-based organisation intact Reducing clutter in the ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Planned’ sections Supporting clearer weekly reviews and forward planning Helping users who work in sprints, quarters, or seasons Akiflow’s current structure leans heavily on the Projects view and calendar time blocking. That works really well for organising tasks by topic or commitment. But for people who think in terms of “what’s coming up when,” it would be helpful to toggle the sidebar between two modes: Projects View (current setup) Folder - Project - Project Folder - Project Ticker List View – tasks grouped by timeframes: -Today -This Week -Next Week -This Month -{Following Month} -{Following Month} -{Following Month} -…etc -Next Year Why this matters: As time goes on, the Projects view often fills up with long-term ideas, parked tasks, or vague to-dos that don’t belong in today’s focus. These "back-burner" items are important, but they make the list feel noisy and cluttered. Likewise, the ‘Upcoming’ and ‘Planned’ sections can quickly become messy and hard to read when packed with too many tasks. It’s hard to scan or make sense of them during a weekly review. A Ticker List view gives those tasks a proper home grouped by when they actually need attention, not just lumped together in a long scroll. It helps declutter both Projects and Upcoming while still keeping everything visible and actionable.

Loving the new faded color on the Note pop-up — it’s a great way to distinguish notes from tasks. I’d love to see a similar visual treatment applied to the Weekly View pop-up. Right now, the tasks from the current day blend into the weekly tasks, which makes it a bit difficult to read at a glance. A subtle background color or visual divider would really help clarify the separation and improve readability.

Hey! Is it possible to have custom reminders for different events/tasks? For example, some tasks I have a 10 minute walk to reach the destination where the task takes place, but other tasks are in my room. I'd like to be able to set a 15 minute notification before the first example so I leave on time, but a two minute notification for my other tasks

Since Akiflow imports everything from Todoist, I primarily work from the Today view. The high task count in Inbox becomes visually distracting when the sidebar is collapsed. A toggle to hide those numbers would really help maintain focus.

I would like to hide/archive a project

When I navigate the projects pages, I'd like a kanban board based on the section showing tasks in the kanban view/section. Almost like the Upcoming view, but within each project, showing the today calendar on the right-hand side.

It would be nice when planning tasks ahead to enter dates in other formats than English! For instance "6 juillet" (French) instead of "July 6"
