I would love to have the ability to lock my time across more than one calendar.

For us with multiple calendars and especially multiple calendar sources it would be nice it it were possible to rename calendars so it's easier to find them when assigning tasks/events to specific calendars. Example: my work calendar is an outlook calendar, which is being shown as the email address of that calendar e.g. initials@company.com . It would make it much easier if I could rename it to e.g. "Work" The case is the same e.g. for a shared calendar i have with my girlfriend, which just shows up as her email. Would be cleaner to have just her name for quicker identification of the calendar. As I've been able to currently it's only possible to rename calendars if I have multiple calendars on a single account from google, and then I can change the name of them from the google calendar client to then be reflected in Akiflow.

Hi there, a time block for the travel time would be very helpful for the appointment, so that the total time of the appointment can be planned better. The appointment would then be a total block, which would be divided into, for example, outward travel and appointment. the travel time would be calculated based on the current position and the appointment location.

Anytime between 2AM to 8AM is the time when I'm not going to have any tasks, events, anything. But this time shows up on the calendar eating up the vertical screen real-estate. It would be great to hide this 2AM to 8AM timeslot from the Akiflow calendar view. I anyway have a block calendar where this time is blocked away to avoid any accidental meeting bookings anyway.

I would much prefer if multi-day events were formatted similar to the Apple calendar.

Currently due to nature of me working for two clients with two separate calendars I am every day Out of office in one or the other. As a result, every day I have an all-day event. So the AccuFlow calendar has all days always covered with all-day events from top to bottom. And it doesn't really look good. And what I would prefer is that the out-of-office or generally all-day events would be only at the top of the day and not covering the entire day in the week view of the calendar.

I'm using Akiflow along with MS Outlook and have it set up so that my Akiflow tasks show up as blocks in my Outlook agenda (I love it) but now those Akiflow blocks and 'regular' meetings all have the same color. I would love to be able to visually distinguish tasks or events that I have created inside Akiflow.

Users should be able to configure views of their upcoming tasks view categories and save them for particularly projects or purposes. Ideally, this would be paired with my other suggested improvement of being able to pin items to the sidebar. Alternatively, you could create a custom views section where you are able to see all of your saved views. You should be able to do this for calendar configurations as well as Task Date Views. Ideally you'd be able to associate a view with a project so that you could see all attached views when you open a project. Right now, I have many types of configured calendars that have different filters and options selected for my different needs and I have to set these manually each time. The ability to save these would be extremely helpful.

I don't get a notification when people send me new (Google) Calendar invite. I can only see it as a white block in calendar view. This is not convenient when people schedule events further in the future.

You provide three levels of density for the calendar: small, medium, large. Most dense version even on large displays doesn't cover entire 12-16 hours that I use. Can you introduce more dense option?
