Features & Improvements Request

Attach files (e.g., PDFs, Excel, Word docs) to Aki commands. To streamline workflow that heavily relies on receiving schedules from others in various formats, and being able to upload or reference these directly in Aki would allow Akiflow to parse and convert these into calendar events or tasks automatically.

I would like Akiflow to auto-schedule my task

As Akiflow grows in use, users have reported experiencing lag, especially during periods of high load. It would be helpful if the UX provided better feedback during processing. For example, displaying a "Processing" message, spinner, or visual cue to indicate that Akiflow is still working would alleviate confusion. Users often aren’t sure if the app is processing, ignoring input, or if there’s an issue.

I would like Aki to have a list of the completed/marked-done tasks that I did during the day so that when I ask Aki to summarize my day, it will show me the list of the tasks that I did.

Use aki bot (the new ai / llm) as a digital assistant for android phones with voice input. This way (instead of having google assistant when holding the power off) users can directly interact with akiflow

It would be incredibly helpful if Aki could handle scheduling not just for meetings, but also for the "drive time required" to attend them. Ideally, users could: Ask Aki to schedule a meeting and provide a "location address" Aki would then "query an external service (e.g., Google Maps)" to determine the estimated travel time. Based on that estimate, Aki would "automatically block off the appropriate drive time" before and/or after the meeting on the user's calendar. "Bonus Features" Dynamically "adjust drive time blocks" based on real-time traffic conditions. "Remember frequently used addresses" (e.g., "home," "office," "warehouse") for quicker and smarter scheduling in future prompts.

Would like to have tasks planned to the next open time slot with the same project name that isn't over capacity.

Involve Aki in our daily and weekly rituals! Imagine Aki helping us plan our days, set goals, and break them down into actionable steps, going beyond just carrying out commands or prompting us with updates. I believe Aki could guide us through goal setting and help us understand our personal workflows better (like over-planning, frequently forwarding tasks, or leaving tasks lingering in the Inbox). With access to how we interact with Akiflow, Aki could offer insights that help us level up individually. Most apps focus on convenience, but I’m convinced Akiflow could help us increase our capacity. I'd love to discuss this with the group if others are interested—I'm sure the group-think would be fantastic!
