Show me how old is a task on the someday page This would help me prioritize which task to focus on next.

Would set the event when I have time, after the upcoming events

Introduce the ability to set customized time frames, such as "Next Weekend," or "Next Quarter," for scheduling tasks or events.

Hey all. Would love the option of This Weekend as one of our time horizons. This Week and This Month are wonderful, but often there are household projects, chores, and conversations I know I can't get to during the work week. It would be wonderful to be able to toss those into a separate space between This Week and Next Week so they don't crowd the work tasks. Thank you!

It would be great to have the ability to quickly switch views in the upcoming page such as D , W , M , O for the different views. Similar to switching the views in the today page with 1 , 2 , 3, …

It would be awesome to have more options beyond just “This Month” and “Next Month” — like “In 3 Months,” “In 6 Months,” or even custom timeframes. This would support longer-term planning across the year and make the Upcoming view more powerful for strategic scheduling.

In the Upcoming > Overview view, tasks should automatically roll into the correct timeframe: -On the 1st of each month, tasks in “Next Month” move to “This Month” -On Mondays, tasks in “Next Week” move to “This Week” This should be a user-configurable option, as not everyone may want this behavior. It would help keep the view clean and relevant without needing manual updates.

When setting deadlines or scheduling tasks/events, the option “Next Monday” should always be available. This improves speed and reduces friction for weekly planning.

I like sections feature a lot but it frustrates me I cannot sectionize everything in every view. In Today and Someday view sections are mostly needed, especially in Someday, because I could sort tasks for example based on importancy.

When the final days of a month fall within the current week (e.g., the last week of May is also “This Week”), the tasks in “This Month” and “This Week” essentially represent the same timeframe. It would be helpful if Akiflow could recognize this overlap to avoid visual and mental duplication, especially in the Today view.
