Focus Timer: Toggle to choose to count up or down
Have the option to choose whether the timer will count down (i.e. down from 25 min to 0) or count up (i.e. up from 0 to 25 min)

Would be nice to see the Timer in the Menu Bar (macOS)

Show Recorded Focus Time On Calendar
Suggestion: Allow focus time to be recorded and shown on the calendar. Use Case: Being able to view past recorded focus time allows us to compare how we've planned/scheduled a day compared to how we spent it. This information is invaluable in planning more realistic schedules in the future by looking back on our previous focus times. Examples: How TickTick records and shows the focus time on their calendar

Focus Timer: ability to add freehand tasks
Would be great to have some kind of a free hand task entry as not in all cases you focus on a particular tasks in your list (one example would be to dedicate 25 mins to work through your inbox)

Add data from focus timer (i.e. how I spent my time the past week, compare estimated time vs actual time, etc) to Statistics page
