Ability to set section/task templates that can easily be duplicated without manually re-entering the sections/tasks i.e. for web design projects.

Provide the ability to define fixed rules for integrations, allowing specific tools like Jira, Slack, or Linear to automatically assign tasks to predefined projects. For example, all tasks from Jira and Slack could default to one project, while Linear tasks default to another.

Add an "info" card for projects, to save related links, emails, etc. Currently a workaround is creating a task and planning it for "Someday"

Currently, Akiflow's Projects function primarily serves as a folder for task organization. Adding the ability to set a start and end date for projects would enhance project tracking and planning.

For tasks in calendar, option to show full project name -- that single letter isn't helfpul. Adding task "send bid" to calendar without seeing what project (i.e. client) its related to is not useful.

It would be helpful if, when working within a specific project with the calendar open, any time slot created would automatically inherit the assigned project. Without the needing to manually assign or drag and drop a specific project to the calendar to create a timeslot tied to a project.

It would be helpful to have a small note/description field for each project, with the same formatting support as other text fields.

A project that is actually one big task, leaning more towards a plan/arrangement which you have to organise. For example, I recently had to make a temporary project to organise a big event with a lot of people. It was great to use Akiflow for a project like this, especially with the section features which I thought I would never use. However, sections seem ideal for temporary projects like this. The idea of Temporary Projects is that once I finished it, I deleted mine. This removes the history in the calendar of all the tasks that were assigned to this project. I think it would be great if Akiflow, instead of deleting projects, you could archive them, or even have an option to mark them as completed. This would keep the project in the calendar and history, but remove it from your list because you don't need it anymore. A great idea I think that would be motivating and upbuilding is the idea of these 'temporary projects' being something you could look back on in statistics and rituals! It'd show you what projects you were able to accomplish. So in Summary: A feature for 'Temporary Projects' Use Examples: * Organising a big event * A responsibility to be carried out for an event * A personal project named 'Decluttering Room' An option to Archive or Mark as Completed a 'Temporary Project' without deleting its existence from the tasks that were assigned to in the calendar Being able to reflect on Completed Projects through shutdown rituals

Enable the ability to link a specific project to a designated calendar. Any tasks assigned to that project will automatically be time-blocked on the associated calendar.

Allow users to add a project overview where they can provide a brief description, goals, and key details about the project.
